For the time being, WLC Ventures will send a shipping invoice to customer once your order is packed and ready to ship. The efforts to "teach" the shipping modules is complex and taking much more time than we had anticipated. All customers are to select "store pick up" for now until we can solve the shipping estimating woes. Thanks, WLC Ventures
